Job Description:
- Develop new accounts by planning, developing implementing & managing promotion & market programs.
- Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand. Identify potential opportunities in current customers.
- Establishing contact and developing relations with prospects.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Responsible for collection of payments from customers
- Provide timely feedback to manager regarding customers feedback.
- Work proactively with other team members
- Training will be provided
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner, pro-active, self-driven and self- motivated
- Able to communicate in English and Malay language. Communication in Mandarin (written & spoken) will be added advantage
- Prefer candidate who can communication in Mandarin (written & spoken) for Selangor and Sarawak vacancy
