Job Description:

The Software Solution Architect will provide expert guidance in technology and architecture, focusing on evolving enterprise architecture to meet business goals. This includes developing a strategic roadmap for applications, driving development, and overseeing security and infrastructure. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, including Business groups, IT, and vendors, to build relationships and create architectural processes. The Software Solution Architect ensures compliance with IT standards, maintains design patterns, and contributes to staff development through training and mentoring, while also handling additional tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. IT Architecture Plan and Design

• Provide subject matter expertise in information technology and architecture
• Define and review current state of architecture and develop a plan for the future state architecture design. Restructure and continually refine organizational goals and direction.
• Develop a roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio from current state to future, aligned with business and IT.
• Illustrate a deep understanding of how both current and future technology can be used to drive business transformation.
• Drives application development, security and infrastructure initiatives.

2. Collaboration with Stakeholders and Innovation

• Must have the ability to develop strategic relationships with Business groups, Group IT and vendor partners
• Able to develop architecture relevant documents and introduce new architecture processes

3. Policy and Standards Development and Compliance

• Solution Architecture Artifacts per project parameters and compliance with Group IT requirement
• Drive the development and maintenance of relevant application related design pattern, standards and policies for enterprise adoption

4. Achievement of Staff Development Plan and Contribution to Training Others

• Provide training, coaching and mentoring to direct reports and others.
• Able to perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any relevant field. 
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in IT
• Experience in cloud infrastructure to drive application transformation.
• Experience in DevOps operation and expected to demonstrate and apply related skills.
• Experience in Web and Android native development and lead technical decision
• Expert understanding of Agile Software Development frameworks
